Someone To Spoil

@tomo_sound

Echoed from the chamber of the piled up dreams, they crawl and submerge towards Meandro. They are no aliens to the underwater sonic periphery, where silence never persists, the thrumming and humming, the sizzles and swishes, afar or beside, come from every corner of the aquarium of the subconsciousness. Looking around, they only find themselves alone, in divine solitude, immersed in the sound - there is nothing to resist, to fight against, there are only sprinting shadows and a haunting soundscape to embrace - the magnificent void that welcomes you at the gate of Meandro.

Peanut Ballads For A Lone Star is a collection of 21 short musical pieces by Otro, originally composed as film cues — a body of work defined by its brevity, vulnerability, and lingering sense of unease.

“a green light splashing into a dark room”
“nighttime busyness that looks quiet from high above.”
— Matt Mitchell

Disarmingly pure, it’s one of those records that lingers longer than the brevity of its pieces suggests.

『 Vessels of Chaos: Remix Edition 』celebrates the one-year anniversary of Vessels of Chaos, a double-EP released by French artist @griigg late 2024 on @m0ntage and @overmybodytw / Now you can listen to @tuzhu (MOXINA) remix

▶ While the original release explored primitive forms of collective organizations rooted in material reality, through the use of voice and organic noise as source material, this edition invited friends, previous collaborators, and affiliated artists to reappropriate the sonic elements, to reshape them and project them into new territories and imaginaries.

▶ The release welcomes artists from electronic scenes spread around the world, such as Archidi, Bademjan, B E N N, Disektor, HWXXNG, ixqzm, Mélodie Blaison, Melanin, Moxina, Rumina, Sprælle, and W.ANNA.W.

▶ From ethereal soundscapes to club-oriented constructions, harsh textures, distorted beats, psychedelic grooves and shimmering reflections blend and collapse into new artefacts and prismatic devices, offering new perspectives and anchors in a crumbling lorescape.
