[Behind The Track]

Welcome to the thirty-eighth release of Launch Records. This time we got a really special release for Launch by Boeuv and LauraBrown called ‘Friends’. Boeuv is one of the persons who helped Launch a lot to get where we are now. Because of that Boeuv is one of the owners of Launch now.

The song starts with chords together with background sounds and a violin play in the background. When the beautiful voice of LauraBrown gets in, a bass is added. On top of that, the chords get a different sound. The same background sounds remain the same. This part has a little bit of trap-style in it. In the build-up, the chords and background sounds that are used at the beginning of the track are used again here. On top of that, a baseline is added in combination with a clap.

When the drop hits, the track is transforming into a powerful chilled track. In this drop, the melody gets the main attention. In the background, a baseline, claps, and background sounds are added to give more body to the drop. The drop has a really strong but clean melody line, which will be stuck in your head. Hereby you hear the strong and beautiful Boeuv sounds. In the bridge, the vocal of LauraBrown gets in again. Together with this beautiful voice the same trap style, which is used at the beginning of the track, is combined. After a while, the vocals get the main attention with chill chords in the background. The second drop has the same rhythm, sounds, and vibe in it as the first drop. But this time with a slightly different melody.

All these aspects which are used in the track make the track a real Launch release. We are very happy to have a release again with this talented producer Boeuv together with the beautiful voice of LauraBrown who both have a bright future ahead of them.
