This song deals with the passage of time, day by day.  We don't recognize how quickly a day goes by until we look back.  Yet we have the opportunity to redeem the time.  Do we let the days go by without intentional effort to live them more fully?  Do we lose too many days to nothing?  Sometimes sure, but let this song encourage you to make those lost days fewer and those lived more fully greater.
