Artists such as Martin Waslewski, andhim and Stephan Bodzin all turn-in fantastic edits but today we concentrate on the masterful DJ Koze's re-imagining. 

His edit barely gives you a second to breathe before sharp and jagged synths come cutting through, kicking things off with a clear statement of intent.

Expect echoed and eerie vocal stabs, a powerful drive and that inimitable DJ Koze sound. This is one great remix.

For SPEICHER 79, revered producer and live performer KÖLSCH returns to the series where it all begun, delivering two distinct cuts that masterfully distill all the elements of his earlier work for an even stronger floor impact.

The mighty Disko B records out of Vienna has been plugged into the mainline of dark and strange club and art music for 23 (!) years now, with heavyweights like Patrick Pulsinger, Blake Baxter, Unit Mobeius and Chicks On Speed providing its foundations, but always being willing to branch out and take a punt on new projects. Flug 8, a new identity for musician-photographer Daniel Herrmann, is a project rooted in the kosmische-motorik traditions of pre-techno Germanic music, but with gloss and finesse that are pure 21st century and a beautiful sense of isolation that expresses a world where too many connections can make us paradoxically disconnected. This first track perfectly captures that, but also reminds us of how we can reconnect in darkened rooms in the mysterious hours of the night.

TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ ANSWER CODE REQUEST

Patrick Gräser, better known as Answer Code Request, has carved out a distinctive niche in the techno landscape with his hybrid musical style. His innovative approach, characterized by a fusion of pad-driven harmonies, intricate breaks, and an industrial tone, has set him apart since his emergence on the esteemed Ostgut Ton label in 2012.
This breakthrough led to a prestigious residency at Berghain, further cementing his influence in the scene. Gräser’s work, including various releases and remixes for notable labels such as Ostgut Ton, MDR, Dolly Deluxe, and Monkeytown Records, has garnered widespread acclaim.
Gräser’s journey from a forest workshop near his hometown to the forefront of techno is marked by his wide-ranging musical tastes. His nights, spent mixing records from Hardwax and Delirium, contributed to the development of his characteristic sound, a blend that includes elements of jungle, drum ‘n’ bass, Detroit, IDM, and UK bass. This unique amalgamation of styles is evident in his early releases on Music Man and his own ACR imprint, showcasing a talent that transcends traditional techno boundaries.

Developer, born Adrian Sandoval, is a pioneering force in the Los Angeles techno scene, with a career spanning over three decades. One of the few active DJ/producers to emerge from LA's underground in the early 1990s, Developer has been instrumental in shaping the West Coast techno movement through his performances, productions, and curatorial efforts.

Today, Developer continues to push the boundaries of techno through his labels, Modularz and Olympian with both platforms showcasing both established and rising talents from across the world.

SPOKEN103 - Ambu Bambu

Groningen based DJ, producer and friend of the collective Ambu Bambu's music tells emotional stories of wanting to belong, yet fated to a destiny of floating in between. Urgent and rhythmic, with the occasional moment of lightness and release, their selections and productions span realms from breakbeat and bass, to dubbed-out fuzziness and oddball house and techno tracks just weird enough to make you doubt their genres.

Their welcome appearance in the Dutch underground scene is illustrated by key performances at DGTL x Boiler Room, RAUM, and Down The Rabbit Hole. Explorations into scenes abroad have been made, with appearances in Brussels, Berlin, London, and their fully self-booked The Motherland Tour through China. At the same time, they’re tethering through residencies at @relateradio and @sisu_crew.

K92 aims to reintroduce a sense of mystery surrounding artists by bringing back the focus on the music itself and creating a blank slate for listeners to develop their own interpretations.
