About the song:

The song is highly inspired by Magic City Hippies, 1975, and Jakub Zytecki.

“Out of old, into new” is the lyrical thesis, I suppose, of what I was feeling when I wrote the lyrics.

“So long to those lies. I’m awake, I’m alone, I guess this place is my home.”
Being alone is hard. Being awake to one’s situation can be difficult. And then the realization that where one ends up in life isn’t the path they set forth so long ago can really shake a person’s foundation. My foundations been shook, but “I stick to my words - I feel like it makes me tough.”

I'm not going to overwhelm you with a long biog - I'm sure you'd rather listen just as I'd rather create.

DazzerT started playing piano at the age of five. Bought a Fender bass copy with his paper round money, a Woolies guitar thanks to his first job on't railway and a Telecaster with his student grant. Those were the days. He's turned his hand to many instruments - but certainly not drums. After resting for many years he returned to music in 2005 and discovered Soundcloud three years ago.

The Ulteriors are the many influences and collaborators over the years from the many members of the Enormus Snakes, Chaos Bros, The Parachute Failed, The Flying Ozalids, Dorobo, The Big Sin and Arbs, as well as folk from Soundcloud.
