so I've had a couple of pencil urchins. I probably lost my virginity in front of them.
like WAY before I knew what an uni was.

was contemplating the species as an automatic writing tool at Neptune's disposal.
what would be its canvas? algae? leaves of grass?

Like my writing, I have “hundreds” of the snippets and samples of my playing the bass guitar that  rarely break the surface to be heard by anybody.
and the trope of the “tortured artist” (ever popular affectation), or is it the definition of art brut?
To me, same as with writing: you shouldn't let anyone see this ever, lest they find out you're an idiot.
IT'S A FACT:
I've played with other string players only a handful of times (lest they find out I'm a plucking clod).
Anyway
maybe these are a mosaic in notes of stone for the being time
charlie tuna's bored secretaries jotting shorthand for an epitaph's worth of salience, ellipsis

Jon Arnold curates these series. If it weren't for his taking the time to edit, mix-down, and hand me these as a gift of friendship, the world would less db, I reckon.

as i've been uploading, i've not had a copy of the liner notes from this recording.
I just found a copy at the radio station and am re-editing.

Raymond Land Pedersen is the name of my father, who I barely knew, and the mythos of his beast is alive and well today, though he isn't.
I moved to Madison Wisconsin 16 years ago, worked on a sheep farm, rented a house from the quarrelsome  Ray Peterson, rolled up my sleeves and taught myself to throat sing as an attempt to holler the wraithful spirit of my father from the sky.
Strep throat, cigarettes, years of abusing alcohol and amphetamines, respiratory burns, upper airway herpes, as well as a good knowledge base of the anatomy and physiology of the human oropharynx and guide by the visualization of my father's (and my grandfather's, too) alchemy at the end of arcing metal rod helped to produce the sounds that i will hold dear for the rest of my life.
The first year hurt like fuck-all, I have to qualify.
