"I made this mix especially for Save Our Sound, to reflect and look back at the golden times of Electro Clash and the early 00’s scene that was a huge inspiration and the starting point of my career as Break 3000 and later on as Dirt Crew when moving from Maastricht via Cologne to Berlin where I still live nowadays..."

Berlin based Break 3000 has been a DJ since the early 90’s and is looking back at over 25 years of DJ and Production experience now. Releasing on labels like KK Records, Nova Zembla, Meuse Muzique, Pocketgame, Trapez, MBF, Mood Music and of course his own Dirt Crew Recordings. Most recently launched "Electron Feel" to revisit and re-release old goodies from his vault and in 2023 started to work with new up and coming labels “Calypso’s Dream” from Argentina and “Mondo Phase” from Italy to do special vinyl only re-issues of the classic big hitters and unreleased Electro/ Electro Clash tracks from the early 00’s Era. Nowadays the approach to his own music and DJ sets is anywhere between Electro, House and Disco.

By now you should be well acquainted with the skills possessed by Georgian artist Audio Space seeing as he recently provided us with a high energy edition of our Free Download series. Well, he is back and this time in DJ mode. With his skills being lauded by all that bear witness, especially the Ezo Festival crew who have bestowed upon him many roles of which resident is only one. 

For his InSessions recording Audio Space imparts a well curated knowledge for underground music that is unwavering in the carefully built vibe that he is so well known for. Drenched in acid and tightly woven grooves there is no slack when it comes to his transitions, succinctly transferring from track to track there is always a mysterious thread that runs throughout. 

It is easy to see why his selections are so highly priced and as Free Download treads an entirely different path to that of this mix. A name that perhaps is a new discovery to some but most definitely a name you will come to love and seek out at every opportunity.
