I always thought this song by Razab would sound amazing on a ukulele. So, after I took a class on how to play the uke, we gave it a shot.

Notun Shuchona - khonik

This song, about unspoken love, was truly a collaborative effort. I came up with the instrumentation. Liz Landau composed the chorus and the theme for the song. Razab came up with the melody and the lyrics for the verse. Shubho arranged the guitar melody. And Christine Van Dusen Fennessy of Best To Burn sang the chorus (with Liz doing backup)

ইচ্ছেরা খেলা করে (Ichchera khela kore) [My wishes frolic]

I wrote this song when I was about 14. You can tell there's a "Don't Worry Be Happy" vibe to it. There's also an Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" vibe to it -- although that song didn't come out until much later. 
What strikes me is that 14, I was writing positive songs, rather than mopey, dark, teenage angsty stuff :)
The lyrics are super simple. If I recall correctly, it was meant to be a pep talk to myself.
The tune is super simple as well. But since I only recently learned to play the uke and the mandolin, it allowed me to use both in a song.

The Station

There are several reasons I'm rather proud of this song. I've had a Korg for several years but never quite around to playing with sounds, manipulating them, creating one ones. 
This song was a sort of a sonic experiment. Most of those who heard it didn't like it -- "too EDM," said one. But I tried to make it rockin' and dance-y :)
The lyrics, as usual, are just words I slapped together. 
What really makes the tune come to life are two invaluable contributions: @ArsalanNeetol 's chorus, and @LizLandau 's incredible piano piece in the middle.
