Tight brass, euphoric piano, stunning vocals, beats and bass! Self Control is about the power you hold within yourself when dealing with difficulties and differences within a relationship. It is about knowing who you are and when you can see someone is taking advantage! The track is made to engage the pop/dance crossover audience and prepare fans for a slower pace of music across the winter. Self Control is out in all the usual places on 3rd September. It rounds off the Birds of Paradise EP (released 17th Sept.) Enjoy the music.

As urbanisation propels the modern world, the soundscapes of our cities are evolving. There have been numerous connections made between the detriments of noise pollution with regard to both mental and physical health, whilst less is known about what constitutes a positive soundscape experience. 

This 15 minute acousmatic soundscape documents the findings from a research project exploring the soundscape perception of Eastville Park in Bristol. The high value of the greenspace and the sounds identified by the participants was recognised. In addition, the users expressed that experiencing the soundwalking practise was valuable to them on a personal level and increased their engagement with Eastville Park lake and its surroundings.
