D'Capra has been a lover of DnB since the dawn of its creation in the early 90's, inspired by tracks such as Bodysnatch - The Strength and Noise Factory - Can You Feel The Rush in 1992, the progression through 1993 breakbeat to melodic Drum & Bass in 1994 was natural. Further inspiration came from deep tracks including PFM - Wash Over Me and Peshay - Vocal Tune. DJ  & vocalist for 12 years, promoter, digital label manager, internet radio station owner & more recently producer, the musical taste of D'Capra spans many styles & genres, the diversity of which is reflected in her track selection when mixing. Over the last few years D'Capra has started projects to promote the music in various ways.

2008 saw D'Capra start with production, her software of choice being Cubase.  As an original twist many of D'Capras tracks feature her distinctive voice.

In 2009 D'Capra created Touch Tone, a digital label focusing on the deeper side of Drum &amp; Bass. The label has 30 releases to date from artists based all over the world. At a similar time D'Capra created Sensory Sound System, an internet radio station streaming 24/7 Liquid Drum & Bass.

In 2010 D'Capra created Dig Deep, an event co-promoted by DJ/Producer Mark Halflite. This liquid drum & bass event based in central London UK features new talent & established artists gracing the decks with a focus on deep, soulful dnb music.
