Description: Claude Leveillee, Black Sun sessions....from the 1978 single Polydor 2065-393

Obscure and short-lived alternative rock band from the Montreal area who won runner-up honours at CHOM radio's 1997 edition "l'Esprit" contest (a perennial event showcasing both local and regional un-signed & up & coming artists). The foursome, "Victor Shifter", "Twin Shifter", "Pink Shifter" & "Atomic Shifter" (real names un-credited), subsequently recorded their only long play later the same year at the legendary Le Studio in Morin Heights, and released it on Tommy Mack's indie label Big Ray Records. All songs are co-written by the band with help from a couple of former members of Simon Says (9).
Without a doubt, this is one of (if not 'the') rarest releases ever recorded at the famed "Le Studio".
