Woo, that PC98 track I made for Winter Chip XIII but on the YM2203 instead of the YM2608!!

Simple really, I made the track so that it would sound good on both the YM2203 and the YM2608. The only difference between this and the YM2608 version aside from the 3 extra FM channels is that the SSG is set to volume 13 in the YM2203 version instead of 14, to compensate for the SSG being louder.
