I've seen that illustration before. It's bat woman dressed for a night out. The music is boppy and mingles various interesting sounds as it leaps about a reasonably limited tune track. The beat gets heaver around 1:20, and the sound becomes richer. Then back to a minimalist sound, with additions here and there to spice it up. The beat starts up again, and at 2:30 the big beat leaps to life once more. And on it goes.
