1. Mai!Neue Runde, neuer Sound!

Wir freuen uns, euch einen "Alt gedienten" Supporter der Gaggalacka vorzustellen!

2006 das erste Mal auf der Gaggalacka performt, seinerzeit noch als DJ unter dem aka "Son of Nyx". Zuvor war er bereits als Deko Act bei uns.... Darauf folgend 2008 sein Debut bei uns als "Strix Aluco" mit seinem Live - Set. Im Jahre 2011 released Strix dann seinen ersten eigenen Track bei uns....und so gingen die Jahre ins Land.
Strix baut zuhause seine Mucke fein säuberlich über Jam Sessions und Modular Maschinen, woraus dann die letztendliche Story verhorgeht. Wir halten fest - ein wahrer liebhaber der Musik!
So, genug geschnackt - viel Freude beim Hören,träumen, tanzen und meditieren ihr lieben!

Musician Yuri Aksyonov has been working within the AKSEMETRIX project for a long time. The experience of working as a DJ helped the artist to develop a unique ear and soon find an author's style when creating his own music. Constant experiments with sound, put its imprint on the sound of compositions. They become deeper and more multifaceted, attracting the listener. Each track was written over the course of a year and reflects what resonated and inspired me during that period of my life. But just as periods always flow one into the other, each track is a continuation of the previous one. This mix is a kaleidoscope of emotions and impressions united by a dance rhythm called “life”.

GUILY - Oan's Pub x EDC [06/12/2024]

For the first episode of the year, we’re beyond thrilled to welcome a true legend of French goa trance for a one-hour live set : Virtuart !

Particularly active in the 1990s and early 2000s, Olivier Abitbol, aka Virtuart, left his mark on the scene with numerous iconic collaborations that have become essential parts of his musical journey. 

With a typical signature sound blending warm acid lines, pumping kicks and spiralling melodies, his music had a strong influence in shaping the genre as we know it today. Not only by releasing timeless classics on labels like Koyote Records or Intoxygene, but also by bringing a deep psychedelic storytelling approach that appeals to both dancefloor enthusiasts and those seeking a more introspective, meditative experience.

It is a true journey through the roots of goa trance that this pioneer of the movement offers to us today, so get ready for an old school storm of acidic tribal grooves!

This is a journey through different atmospheres and moods: cheeky and quirky, from dark to melodic... 130bpm all the way, most likely to be enjoyed during the day. Mixed on 2x CDJ850 and DJM350. 

For some time, I've been collecting slow and groovy psychedelic trance that I, now, put together. Not my usual style, but I've been asked to play this softer side along the years. and I cannot refuse a challenge. I always have something ready, just in case... ;) 

This djset is based on a few others I've played at alternative floors in the last months: MoDem London teaser and altechnative floor at Connection 2017 (an epic 4-hours set) I hope you enjoy the trip :)
