this part is very unsynced and feels so out of place. i wouldve liked that Electro/Dubstep/D&B kind of beat to be the whole song instead

This part plus the one at 4:02. I would loved for this part to be extended or become whole song because it is so awesome. i can imagine epic shit with just this part of the song. the only reason I listen to this is because of THIS part.
