"Tongue Tied" is a passionate song about wishing you could find the words to say to each other when it feels like you’re worlds apart. It is a classic tale of feeling stuck in a relationship, when you both feel like there are issues that need to be addressed in order to progress, but at the same time you know that these things are better left unsaid. This upbeat EDM track is one of contrast between the nature of the beat and that of the lyrics, allowing for a powerful sentiment of release for the listener.
