DEAD CERT. Records is a label linked to the well known website deathtechno.com ran by Jack! Who? in the UK. A diverse palette has seen the previous releases feature music from artists including Audio Injection / Truncate, Hans Bouffmyhre, Paul Mac, TWR72 and Echoplex to name but a few.

Piotrek Kacprzak aka BYLLY is a producer coming into his own and someone to keep a close eye on following contributions to La Chinerie, DJ Hi-Shock’s Gynoid Audio, Counter Pulse and Manchester’s Abyss Recordings for example.

The BOND label boss Petter B supplies the first remix, a solid producer known for works on Cari Lekebusch's H-Productions, Developer's Modularz, Planet Rhythm, and Adam Beyer's Drumcode.

Veteran artist HD Substance who runs the SUB tl label in Spain also joins the release. His back catalogue includes fine labels such as Joton’s Newrhythmic, Xpansul’s True Type Tracks, Housemeister’s AYCB, Detroit Underground and Ricardo Garduno’s Illegal Alien.

Opening the release is "Drowned In Time" which creates an eerie atmosphere from the haunting melody. The thumping beat changes gears with more driving intensity, combining with the addition of chords to realise the brilliant ethereal sound.

"Carbon" wastes no time in launching into a state of hypnosis, the organic flow steadily progresses and morphs into a spaced out audio thriller that is delivered to perfection with an ever-present suspense.

Petter B opts for a punchy remake of "Carbon" that’s tough, rolling, and fully groove focused. Somewhat stripped back, the swelling sub bass and crashing hats make this a moody beast suited to those looking for a striking club version.

The second remix of "Carbon" from HD Substance is an energetic piece from the off. A hustle and bustle pattern of frantic parts with a hypnotic and modular style melody, begin to open this up to new realms, carving out a contrasting and serious side.

Creativity lies in various artistic factors based mainly on commitment and maturity that is acquired with it, each project is a decision that is forged with a cold mind and requires to be conceived at the right time, a waiting time between projection and execution, this is what presents us with DORHG on his new label Atroc Records, where he opens a catalog with the remixes of Kalter Ende & Sarf, a 180g and twelve inches LTD vinyl, entitled "Fixing Process".

The path taken by DORHG with Fixing Process reveals his experience and vocation for dynamic, rhythmic, deep and syncopated structures, through icy and mental sequences, without leaving aside the physical and direct in his message.

Melting is the track that opens the release, it is bent to a deep bass sequence that reiterates its presence without variation, and although it acts as the central axis of the track, it is the percussive elements that are annexed in the background that give a certain energetic charge. Indistinctly to the original version, Kalter Ende refuses to maintain this bass line and leads us to another character more dense and textured in his adaptation, but preserving the rhythmic nerve.

Coalescence occupies the B-side. With the original, DORHG repeats the formula in terms of intensity, this time it is different components that alternate protagonism in a linear work loaded with particles that go from maximum excitement to calm. On the other hand, Sarf creates with his remix a solid, direct techno piece with several ingredients operating in a loop and a deep textured mattress that gradually varies in intensity.

139th Release of Jeton presents Various Artists New Breed Volume V, fifth edition of new compilation series reserved for upcoming talents.

Since day 1, we are focused to support the best new breed of the scene and try to let them be noticed by the rest of the game. This compilation is focused to find the right music no matter what the producer's name is.

On the first edition of New Breed, Richie Hawtin signed Kargi for his Close compilation, on the second edition Avisos & Future From Now were most selling tracks of Jeton and third edition welcomed Mehmet Ozbek who secured a full release later on and forth edition featured amazing new talent like Yigitoglu, UGR & Massman.

On the fifth edition again, we compiled this selection from among all the demos have been sent to us. All those tracks have been road-tested by label-head Ferhat Albayrak for months and the reaction of streams is %100 approved.

Almost all the producers are on the early stages of their career and we hope this compilation will be a platform for them to be discovered.

We warmly welcome Pina Tesla, Stefan Addo, Zann, Danny Wabbit and Jamie Sherry to Jeton Family!
