We are excited to present you with the opportunity to remix this huge track by Basscontroll ‘On Your Way To The Afterparty’ where subtle bass grooves build with lush pads and elegant warm melodies layered over rhythmic percussions and sparse incidental sounds. 

This release will be going out on our sister label Dead Groovy Deep, the four winning remixes will get full release on the EP and up to eight runners up will be released in the subsequent remix EP.

We are excited to announce that for our second show this Sunday 2nd June we have none other than JIMMYZKINZ, a Canadian music producer who started creating music in the Ambient Genre in 2013.

Dark Atmospheric Techno is the evolution of his sound for 2019. Known to spend hours in his studio losing himself in the world of sound; a drummer turned studio enthusiast found his passion in the possibilities of sound design through synthesis. “I love creating gritty, edgy sounds in droning meditative atmospheres riding warehouse beats.”

Great atmospheric, deep beats and dense textures are characteristics typical of JIMMYZKINZ trademark sound. A talented and charismatic producer whose work echoes the music of artists as diverse as Radiohead, Deadmau5, Nils Frahm and Jon Hopkins. "A Moment in Time and Space and Orion rising through Ashtree Branches" illustrate JIMMYZKINZ's production versatility and innovative approach; blending retro synths with driven rhythm sections and lush ambient pads that saturate the sound beautifully in all the right wavelengths.

For the latest instalment of 'Techno Is Our Religion' we bring you an exclusive set from Miguel Dacoste.

After a rich Spanish exile in artistic encounters, Miguel has adapted his lifestyle and his artistic approach in Portugal for a few years, before settling in Barcelona.

Miguel has always been fascinated by the world of the night and through the power of music he recreates those atmospheres in his productions, to create his own musical universe, forming a Techno sound which is darkly melancholic. 

Having performed in clubs in France, Spain and Italy, and  an activist in organising underground parties, Miguel’s sound is well renowned. Initially through DJing and then in last ten years, musical production, having several successful releases on various Italian and French labels. Now working exclusively with Dead Groovy Music with his debut release on the label ‘Black Magie’ out earlier this year and various releases forthcoming over the summer of 2019

U.G.O stands for Unique Great Orgasm.
That's the feeling that the Venice born, bred and based dj/producer wants to create with his music. 
While having a taste for all different musical styles of the 80's, it was the birth of acid house and rave culture that he fell in love with. 
Although minimal techno and progressive  house are his favourite genres, his productions are heavily influenced  by classical, ethnic, rock and electronic music from across the board.
Although U.G.O is his main alias, there is also the Ēfes moniker that means zero in Jewish.

For our next show we bring you a special exclusive mix from our special guest Mila Chiral.  

Mila Chiral is a Berlin-based dancer-choreographer and electronic musician, who works in composing sounds and poetry as well as bodies and movements in time and space. She’s educated in dance and classical music since childhood and the influences in her youth include classical music as well as new and dark wave, new romantics, NDW and the music of Prince and his collaborators. Following the rise of electronic in the early nineties, she started collaborating with (electronic) musicians for her choreographies and made her first steps into electronic music production for dance/performances with Bernhard Bockelbrink in the project BrainScan 1995-2000. 

Her music is colorful, multi-layered and four-dimensional. Sounds and poetry create clear rhythmical patterns, repetitive or accenturated – always longing for moving bodies in the spaces and ambience she creates. 

Referring to chirality in three-dimensional objects as molecules Mila’s musical and poetic compositions might be seen as chiral (distingishuable asymmetric) to her choreographic approach.

Mila Chiral is part of minutektiv, a group of music producers from Berlin, which every second week publishes their „minutes collection“ - a collection of one minute long tracks, each produced in max. an hour or less and following a collective guideline.

Toxic D.N.A is a female producer and DJ from Austria. Born near Lake Constance on 30th June 1980. She lives in Vienna, Austria.

Her musician way begans when she was 6 years old. She started to learn how to play the flute. After the basics she went to a school of music. She learned the skills of following instruments: Clarinet, Saxophon, Guitar and Piano. She was member of an orchestra and played in a Jazz Band.

Meanwhile she started to produce the music she touched the most. Since 1993 she is listening to Techno. For her music production she works with Ableton 9 and Fruity Loops 20.
She signed her first release EP titled "Visions" on Techno Addicts Records, 15/10/18.
