As a self-described musical chameleon Fanu is an artist who can put his hand to anything, and via 6 weighty tracks on the 'Balcony Acid EP' he showcases exactly that. Regardless of the tempo Fanu always provides thick textures over patterns of creative broken beats, deeply rooted in Finnish flavour with a stylish nod to the past.

Fanu - Balcony Acid

The Codename: RCRDS Broken trilogy concludes with ‘Broken Planet EP’, offering up four jungle bangers with a wide variety of influences.   The EP opens with Mineral’s monster ‘Underground Mentality’, precision primed to tear up dancefloors with its heady mix of distorted reeces, chopped breaks and ravey stabs.

Label debutant Charla Green switches things into a different direction with the stunning ‘No Stress’, a deep rolling summer-inflected vocal number which showcases this fast-rising artists talent’s beautifully.

Another debut joins the party as Toni Bassi drops the rolling footwork / juke of ‘Junak’, where mystical vocals combine with warped bass stabs and hypnotic riffs for a refreshingly modern vibe.

The EP closes with DJ Junk and Moakz’s collaboration ‘Illustrious Ideology’, where a seductive intro gives way to dark atmospherics and tearing synths to close the EP on a high.

Just Jungle - Leggas Vol 6

Escape - a track I’ve held close for over a year - is finally here, alongside five unique remixes that reinterpret its techno core through diverse lenses.

Each remix brings its own flavor: MAED’s take channels the pulse of contemporary hardtechno and bouncy trance, NO_NAME_MAN, a close friend and master of relentless sound, pushes the limits with a brutal, hard-as-nails rendition. Meanwhile, zner - a seasoned drummer and longtime collaborator - infuses the track with intricate drum and bass rhythms, giving it a dynamic twist. Lastly, my own drum and bass project, minced, flips the track into a fast-paced, energetic reimagination.

Escape is a celebration of collaboration and creativity. Thanks to all :) Enjoy.
