"Afterthought" embodies the feelings of a hopeless romantic reminiscing about the way things used to be. It's easy to ignore the worst moments in a relationship.  Past memories will always be there to haunt you and cause one to think what they could've done differently. 

"Afterthought" is composed of dreamy guitar riffs and melodies, a strong running bass line, and arena-booming drums. The eerie elements of the song are traced by the vocals, synths, and further complimented by other instruments.  Members of the band convey their vocal and instrumental abilities throughout the song.

Jason Quever has been releasing timeless dream pop as Papercuts since 2004; his new album "Past Life Regression" is a journey into the dreamier reaches of psychedelic folk-pop that digs deep into influences as wide-ranging as The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band, Spiritualized, Echo & The Bunnymen, Leonard Cohen and late 60s pop of various flavors. As well as the previous one, i wasn't able to finish this track as my apartment was burglarised on October 2020.
Around July 2020, i've randomly sent some music to a dear friend of mine: Simon Heah, because he wanted to hear it.
Here is what's left, as well as other lo-fi recordings that i will only share on Soundcloud.
The thieves stole my musical equipment, my computer and the usbs where i kept the projects at the time, gladly i was able to send some audio files to Simon.
There is no reason for me to holding on to it, so here it is...
