Dirty, raw loud and heavy Dead Whisky are a blues rock band from the deep south of the UK.  Weaving slide guitar with the unique sound of the slide bass layered together over a primal drum beat the band create a big room shaking sound with just three instruments.  Over the top of this Jake and Mark take turns at lead vocals giving the set a diversity of songs.  Elements of Jack White, NIck Cave, The Doors and Led Zeppelin can be heard but the roots of this band are planted firmly in the Mississippi Delta.

The band have filled venues across the Southeast, including numerous gigs in London and their hometown of Brighton.  They have supported range of established artists including Steve Conte, The Minutes, Broken Hands, Deaf Club and Gallon Drunk.
