Dear friends, I present to you the new Cosmic Dance series, where I will share recordings of befriended Polish artists who have performed on my new Cosmic Dance event cycle at Wata Cukrowa / Warsaw (2021). 

My main objective is to promote the Polish Downtempo / Oriental / Organic House scene and anything that can also be connected to our style. Cosmic Dance is not only about music and performance, but most of all it’s about creating a community - and this will by my main priority, because It is YOU who are creating this society.

Up first is the recording from IKARVS, an extraordinarily charming duo that had captivated us all night. If I had to place their music somewhere, it would be close to the works of RAMPUE, especially when it comes to their vision of music arrangement and the energy they transmit to the dance floor. Below you will find a short information about them and some useful links.

The next edition of Cosmic Dance will take place on July 9. In the meantime I am inviting you to listen to IKARVS live.

"Ikarvs is a live act built on organic drums samples, heavily modulated vocals, guitar loops and psychedelic bass flute solos. All this is happening live on stage in the form of controlled improvisation together with elements of theatrical performance, costumes and wild dance of the duo which constitutes Ikarvs - Ola and Przemek. Due to that, each of their performance is somehow unique and open for spontaneous turns, like inviting audience to make music with them."

On Thursday night I was invited to play at the infamous & legendary Garden of Joy between 4.30 and 5.30am. 
Big shout out to @lisadelune who put the beautiful Garden on fire before me and inspired me for the first tracks. I thought I would slow down just a bit along my set, but the energy was so intense, I couldn't ^^
1.000.000x thank you @modgeist & @megasame for the invitation. Huge respect for the music you make and for the persons you are. I loved every second of this experience and it is thanks to you. <3 
And of course, thank you to everyone that was here & now to listen to my set, crazy dancers, smiley burners, all the glowy owls who came to support me, the guy who handed me wonderful gifts while I was playing, the guys who played after me and who waited for another hour to start... and thank YOU for listening ! :)

Based in the south of France, A1000EYES has been collecting music and djing since the tender age of 9 years old.

Growing up in London he was inspired by pirate radio stations where he quickly discovered his love for Hip Hop, Drum and Bass, Garage and Techno.

Despite being born with a significant hearing loss,
he embarked on his DJing adventure nearly 20 years ago, in 2005. He immersed himself in sounds from a young age, perceiving them somewhat differently than others. Turning his limitation into an advantage, he utilized his exceptionally developed imagination and sensitivity to interpret sounds through other senses.

He is a resident DJ at the 'Piekło Nad Niebem' club in Warsaw, where he hosts the event series 'OUTER SPICE', and is the curator of the 'WATA CUKROWA' stage at Splot Słoneczny (the most popular daytime events on Sundays). He has booked artists such as Just Emma, Youandewan, Dave Dinger, Tony Casanova, and JUST2.

He explored his musical vision in every major club and festival (Open’er, Audioriver, Summer Contrast, Garbicz, Las, Up To Date) in Poland and some abroad. He has performed in Germany, Portugal, Georgia, Norway, Croatia, Albania, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Spain, and Thailand.

Operating under the name Deaf Can Dance, he filters electronic music styles through his unique sensitivity and craftsmanship, resulting in a surprising, sensual, and incredibly danceable sound, regardless of the tempo. His eclectic, sensual energy, and ethereal atmospheres create sets that act on the audience like collective hypnosis. No matter where he performs, Deaf Can Dance is a true dance floor enchanter, captivating everyone with charming, spirited sounds.
