@djspen's @quantize-recordings has been on fire recently delivering quality from Paris Cesvette, Rapson, Steal Vybe & Dawn Tallman among many others.

Next up label don DJ Spen teams up with production legend @john-morales under the moniker Spencer Morales and as you might expect the result is spellbinding. Featuring Phebe Edwards on vocals they have delivered a sublime rendition of Stephanie Mills’ 1979 soul classic, ‘Whatcha Gonna Do with My Lovin’.

This is a about as good as it gets on the vocal disco house front an absolute masterclass from start to finish.

Morales has gone to town on the remix front with the M+M Main mix, M+M Vocal Breakdown and Instrumentals covering all bases.

Ravage Music is out now as a Traxsource promo and lands every-where else on 22nd Feb via the excellent To The Rock label. It comes with this show-stopping vocal mix and an equally tasty dub mix.

Max Sinàl has already garnered support from Gilles Peterson, Laurent Garnier, Kai Alce, Aroop Roy as well as being named one of DJ Mag’s Best Emerging Artists. This is the third installment in the Local Sugar Diggers Series from Scruniversal in which old and rare records from the label head's friend's collections get reworked and edited. This one is a collab between ScruScru and an equally passionate digger from Cyprus known as Dwaal. Both tunes offer quite different looks but with great results. The first is the steamy and loose-limbed 'Destination? Funk!' with its squelchy bass and neat guitar riffs, while the flipside is a super deep and lush downtempo jam, 'Camelot Chill'. This one has romantic sax notes and gentle grooves with jazzy keys finishing it in style.

A direct reaction to COVID-19, Dealt With is proud to present Blicero. Providing a firm slap in the face to the virus, Blicero has got Ros T for backup on new single "iwanttogooutside".

Acting as a conduit for a youthful yearning - Blicero exerts his longing lust for the great outdoors... and the dancefloor.

"iwanttogooutside" reminds us of the colossal club sound systems of the past. It's atmospheric tones uplift the track and give it a sonically - big room feel; showing the power of the mind as it was created in a tenement flat in Glasgow. 
Blicero expertly modulates and plays with the energy and more delicate elements to create an electro-house anthem perfect for summer.

Labelmate on Dealt With Records, ‘Ros T’, was offered the chance to remix a track from Blicero’s debut album “Like A Bee Over Something Sweet” released on Rural Sounds in 2019. The album is a collection of ambient works.

"The Cost Of Lies (Ros T Remix)" is an emotionally energised track that pulls on the heartstrings of most people when conjuring the title and the present moment. 
A screaming distorted voice, waves lapping the shore, deep pounding bass and a syncopated wooden chime, a Scottish fiddle playing on through the climactic rush of sound - a beacon of hope through the turbulence.
