Dean Bellingan is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter based in the Mother City of Cape Town, South Africa. He has played with various local groups spanning a number of different genres, including indie-rock outfit The Lottery Tickets, singer-songwriter Manny Walters and spaghetti western group The Comet Caesar. His primary craft has been weaving his rhythmic and melodic saxophone sounds into musical collectives and playing sax in weird and wonderful locations around the world under the name saxinpublc.
