Never Mind is written by Dean Von (aka) Rikki Dean Lead Singer of After Shock from West Covina California. Bruce Paller started the band in the early 80's and recruited Rikki Dean as the Keyboardist along with Mark Mesi our percussionist/drummer, singer, and Mark Canaday the bass player and singer. Dean became the Lead Singer and Headlined Gigs in Hollywood soon after. Mark Canaday continued to write and perform with Dean Von (aka) Rikki Dean in the Band Danger who had great success in the music industry playing with the groups Great White, Poison, Lita Ford and many others.

What I Found Lately

Dean Von started his career as a singer/songwriter starting with piano at the age of 4. By age 9 he was synchronizing drum beats and in the 10th grade headlined with a music group primed to cut his first record. He practically lived in the recording studio and was the songwriter and lead singer for the bands Aftershock, Danger and No Stranger composing such hits as Crazy Like Me, Tramp In Black Leather, Can't Keep My Eyes Off Of You and I'm Going To Miss you. His bands headlined at the Roxy, Whiskey and Gazzari's. Deans ballads are inspirational and drawn from his own life experiences. The son of June Von, a well known singer with Kate Smith and Liberace, she appeared on the Lawrence Welk Show and hosted her own radio show in Las Vegas, Nevada.  After an 8 year sabbatical he decided to go back to his passion, writing and singing songs from his heart.
