This piece was written and recorded in 2021, and performed on the bass by Dr. Kyle Motl. It's for bass and electronics, meant to depict three phases of Stockholm Syndrome - the first phase not knowing anything is wrong, the second phase of seeing how bad things truly are, and the third phase of moving forward with one's life with a distant, echoing memory.
