This song, boy oh boy man.. This passion project tribute/mix has taken months to tweak and bring out a good sound with the screams in the key change and edit.. it hit me so hard this fall and winter and I hope you all enjoy it. 

To those who feel hopeless as they lose their minds trying to help themselves or get the help they need only for your pain/trauma (or others) to hurt you over and over again I can relate. Those with Dissasocitive Disorders and PTSD that just keeps being triggered or getting worse, it feels like there will be no end and that you're going crazy...but you are not crazy. 

You're hurt..lonley/alone in dealing with this pain, and doing your goddamn best. 

If society wants to label us as crazy, fucking let them! Let them fucking do it! If they were in our shoes and see life through our eyes, we know what true crazy is with the pain we've endured and seen.

To be quite frank, I'd rather be alone than be around people that want to stigmatize mental health and make use feel bad for being here today as we are trying to take action. Being the warriors we are, trying to hold hold the line together against our inner demons. 

Sometimes we have to make the hard choice of leaving the known and falling into the unknown as much as it fucking hurts to say goodbye.. goodbye to those that have passed, those that are hurting/have hurt you, the parts of us that are holding us back and causing more pain from our habits.. and to be on the path of healing our hearts and mind. 

As painful and as suffocating and loud the sand and the ticking of time feels.. it only gets heavier and louder if we dont jump off that dying ledge.. into the unknown. To step up and be Uther and to cast out whatever our "Arthas" may be in our life, at OUR pace and however long it may take.. it must be done.
