Dear Friend is a rock band from Philadelphia, PA. The band is centered around singer-song writer Kenny Luu, and consists of Julia Rainer on guitar and backing vocals, Will Wright on bass, and Branden King on drums.  Their fuzzy, hook-driven brand of power pop blends elements of punk, surf, and shoegaze, and they've been compared to The Pixies, Jesus and Mary Chain, and Weezer. Their first full-length self-titled album was released in June, 2016.
