Alkemade brothers Andrew and Anthony, and blood outsiders James and Michael led to the formation of the Death Valley Mustangs in 2009. Lust for music ensued.

On stage the band manages to always outdo themselves and leave no doubt about their purpose for being there. They find it strange that they have fans, but are more than welcoming to their existence and encourage more of them. As a thank you, the band delivers a show with no low points, and no pretenses. They exist to play music and only wish to play as much as they can to as many people as they can...and maybe one day they'll get a food sponser who can feed them too. .
