When you need a definition for Modern Metal, you think Death Defyerz. Fate sealed the deal when in 1999, Daze 13 invited Brutal Hybrid to be part of a band he was in. The band -Ressurection- was in need of a vocalist and found the Hybrid's vocals unique. He accepted the offer and the rest of it, as they say was history. At least it was until the other members decided to bow out of the band, leaving two members: Brutal Hybrid and Daze 13. In need of a drummer and bassist (Brutal Hybrid was on guitars at this time), they roped in R.0.t.t and Skare Krow respectively. The timing was right; the line-up of the band complete. The name of the band was changed to Death Defyerz but it certainly didn't change the band's fuel. In 2005, the band entered the studio to record "Demo-Lition 2k5" (the name thought up by Daze 13 and Brutal Hybrid). The demo which was released recorded and released at IJ (Gig: Chaos Aftermath) included two songs, " I ain't staying down" and "Defying Death". All 30 copies are sold out. In the following months, Death Defyerz played at two gigs namely "License to Revolution" and "Onslaught (Punk/Metal Unite)." The song "Annihilation Of your Damned Soul" is another example of taking their music to another level with its hypnotic introduction and awesome riffs. In September 2005, the band recruited Plagouz as their bassist, with Skare Krow now their Rhythmn Guitarist. But due to other commitments, Skare Krow has left the band. A new member is now in the band as Rhythmn Guitarist, Death Defyerz then called in Razok.

Through the years, Death Defyerz had it's ups and downs of line up changes due to the complexity of their music. Today after all those years, the band has finally found it's completing elements; Daze 13 (Guitars), R.0.++ (Drums), Jakksaw (Guitars), Madz (Bass) and Brutal Hybrid (Hybrid Vocals). The band is now stronger than ever and are out on a mission; to feed the world with their music.
