As if ‘Ocarina’ couldn’t get any better, today Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike announce the vocal version of their huge international smash, with none other than UK chantreuse Katy B on vocals.

Katy, who won the 2012 NME ‘Dancefloor Anthem’ Award for ‘Broken Record’ and has released a raft of hits from chart-topping album ‘One A Mission’, is widely known for collaborating with EDM producers including Magnetic Man, Geeneus and Zinc. Now she lends her distinctive voice to ‘Ocarina’, taking one of Dimitri & Mike’s most popular tracks to a whole new level.

The track, which was a co-production with Smash The House protégés Wolfpack and was the inaugural TomorrowWorld Anthem, topping the Beatport Top 100, has been a massive fan favourite since it featured on the 2012 Tomorrowland After Movie soundtrack. With the original edit shooting straight to the #1 position in a matter of days, it now remains to be seen if having Katy B on the vocal mix will give the brothers the massive cross-over mainstream hit that seems increasingly on the cards. Welcoming nine artists to the EP, the first instalment of the series is set to provide a snippet of the producers and DJ’s that feed into the signature, party-starting sound of the label. ‘Smashers EP 1’ will include fellow Belgian Dimaro, joining forces with label mate Dave Till, who aside from setting alight the dancefloor in his own right, now continues to be a central component on the Smash The House imprint, representing the label at festivals including the otherworldly, Tomorrowland. Now, the pairing join forces for the chaotic ‘Do Ya Thing’, packed to the rafters with jump-up beats and receiving a raucous reception on its Smash The House Radio premier- the goodness doesn’t stop there.

The duo, who for the past three years have successfully captured the very essence of the internationally celebrated mega-festival, have already provided us with such unforgettable tracks as ‘The Way We See The World’, ‘Tomorrow Changed Today’ and ‘Tomorrow (Give Into The Night)’.
 
Now they return with ‘Chattahoochee’, the official Tomorrowland 2013 anthem and named in honour of the new North American home of Tomorrowland, TomorrowWorld. Tying in with the four-part Tomorrowland Comic Book series, the ‘Chattahoochee’ video sees Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike travel through time in a bid to seek the ‘truth’ of the universe. The short film was scripted by Eisner Award-winning writer Paul Jenkins, the brains behind the Tomorrowland comic book which premiers this July and is exclusively available at the Tomorrowland Festival in Boom, Belgium.
