For each release we want to bring together four artists who have somehow given us a glitchy feeling on the dancefloor, while digging or in any other listening situation. We’ll be releasing a new track every friday.

German producer Conzi makes his debut on Beatrice M.’s Bait label with two introspective heavyweight cuts accompanied each by a remix from Hamburg’s N:in and Dublin’s Ambit.

With releases on labels such as DUPLOC, WobWob! and cutcross alongside a slew of self-released records, Conzi is definitely now marked as a go-to producer within the world of dubstep and 140. The AU2 EP is another knockout record in his arsenal, focusing more on the darker atmospheric side of the sound with two rolling numbers, ‘AU2’ and ‘Drakar’. On the flip side, N:in elevates the textures on ‘AU2’ to create a more abrasive temperament whilst Ambit brings in more ‘roller’ influences.

How can the unfamiliar feel so close? Dookuzot, the debut EP by Floid and W92 (aka Woody92), invites listeners to venture into the echo chambers of the psyche on their Omen Wapta imprint. Like a salvaged coat of arms, this 8-track release weaves the cryptic motifs of the blood brothers into its sonic fabric, blending unease with ease through stealthy rhythms and dissonant harmonies. One a sonic visionary, the other a sound artist—together, they transform decades of shared family history into an imaginary realm of the mind.

Pensive yet commanding, Dookuzot unfolds like a labyrinth, where shadowy corridors give rise to textures, shapes, and fragments of memories that never existed. Are you the hunter, or are you being hunted? Neither tempo nor zeitgeist grounds the EP; instead, it conjures a citadel of sound—an intricate fortification of motion and stillness. Like a medieval quest, Dookuzot sends you into the wilderness, armed with arcane energy, urging you to explore the blurred lines between the familiar and the strange. 9dwa is the co-founder of @noiseworkers, originally from Marseille and now based in Paris. Having grown up with trip-hop and psychedelic music, shaped his taste and vision both in how he approaches sound but also the way is being perceived, whether immersed, facing a sound system or through the intimacy of headphones. By striving to fuse experimental materials with “club” music, Thomas sculpted a style which is crafting DJ sets capable to unfold like narratives, each with its own particulare setting, a starting with a certain direction and ending over some unespected twists and turns.

Experimenting with abstract, atmospheric elements, creating a tense and abstract, dark and dreamy landscapes. the rhythms are folded into irregular patterns that create a sense of uneasiness and tension. Sounds like distorted drones and vibrating and ragged synth tones blend into an immersive, meditative silence, while the ambient texture creates a sense of intimacy and isolation.

From the mountain’s peak, a soul, unshackled and formless, slips through the fronds, carried by the breath of the rainforest. She flows downward through currents of golden dust and spectral winds, melding into them. Both water and spirit, she infiltrates all things, seeping into matter in a slow binding of self to the world. Then matter becomes vibration again, in a ceaseless dance of return and renewal. In an amorphous movement on a liquid cadence and reverberant landscapes, she glides with the heartbeat of the forest, neither predator nor prey but part of the cycle.
The Amazon bears a scar, a crevice that absorbs like earth drinking in the remnants of a storm. Sounds coagulate into this open wound, layering and crusting over like sacred clay, not to conceal but to preserve. Like land after rain, it thickens, absorbs, breathes - matter that recomposes itself without erasing the memory of the split, healing without sealing. In this cycle of breaking and becoming, the sacred unfolds. In the heart of the forest, where soil is soaked in memory, the ritual is repeated. The rain slows, its sound diluted in the earth, returned through liquid echoes. There is tension, release, fusion, transformation. The ritual is complete.

In the 2nd EP by Stagno Records, “Amazzone”, Pianeti Sintetici and Simon Oak chart a cycle of renewal with spectral drones dissolving into tactile, liquid pulses. Rolling sub-bass bubbles like water in stone crevices, flutes rise like mist and intertwine with percussions, creating a multi-textured, atavistic composition which weaves a path between the physical and the spectral. Warm, fluid sonorities contrast with sharp, eerie tones, crafting an immersive push-and-pull effect - like the scar’s cyclical opening and closing, a tension between destruction and restoration. The result is primal yet meditative, a sonic mirage where human experience merges with nature’s pulse.

Curating his ambient oriented "The Line Shifting to Dots" parties. That focuses on physical deep listening. He will  deconstruct and smudge out the tactile surroundings that will drive your mind into the unknown.
