L'univers de Philipp Otterbach est un film en montage permanent. Chacune de ses sorties crée une certaine surprise tant son approche dépasse le strict cadre de la composition musicale. D'une complexité apparente mais délivrant immédiatement une grande cohérence et un charme mystérieux, sa production offre à voir à chaque sortie des fragments d'images, pièces ambient purement abstraites ou bien rythmiques, où les éclats sonores se répondent en écho. La puissance évocatrice de sa musique culmine très certainement avec ses deux dernières sorties, « Humans » sur Tour Messier, et « The Rest is Bliss » sur Knekelhuis, véritable puzzle sonore quelque part entre la musique d'ameublement pour galeries d'art désertes et guide imaginaire pour se perdre dans des serres luxuriantes. Nous avions convié l'an dernier la quasi-totalité des résidents du Salon des Amateurs à notre fête, Philipp Otterbach manquait pourtant à l'appel. Ce manque est désormais comblé, et on aurait du mal à vous cacher notre joie.

Nerve is the alias of Joshua Wells and he released Psycho Mafia, a recording from one of his live shows in London, earlier this year. I particularly like his live recordings – he is one of the best performers I’ve ever seen – and this mix captures a lot of the music we’ve been sending back and forth to each other recently. Rumour has it that he’ll be releasing something on Downwards Records soon.

Owner of Lucidity Animi, Ando makes his way through his vision of ambient music brushing lightly a certain idea of techno music. 
By a long winter sunday, the "Brouillarta" is setting through Ciboure's port. The thick humid mist is almost covering all the pier immersing it on a quiet world. Some masts' clatter are just rigging away.

She's opening her herbalism book in a quiet place on Rhone's bank, diving into pages and soon into a flowered dream. She could almost see a beautiful snowy mountain peak, in a rising sun land she couldn't describe. DJ Scar drives 21st Feng Shit episode into a dreamy medieval ballad. Oniric folk, middle ages trad and flowered ambient for this sweety rhone's nap.
