How to : Find a quiet space where you can relax
1. Put a headphone if you want (it's better)
2. Concentrate on the music, and imagine that you are walking around the lake.
3. Then close your eyes for a while.
4.Defocus your eyes, gazing softly into the middle distance.
5. Open your eyes, let the music play and go back to your work with the music in the background or lie down on your bed.

I recorded the original sound ( http://is.gd/iv8YJx ) in my backyard when my kids were sleeping. At the very start of the original recording there is a plane with a droning note (DO). It gave me the tune of this track.

This track is a Collaborative Ambient Work with my Followers: A big thanks to Brave Timber for the sound Recordings which I use in this track. 

Brave Timbers is melodic and minimal instrumental music using violin, piano and tenor guitar. The music is often improvised, using looped strings, subtle piano and finger picked guitar to create a warm and organic sound. Songs are inspired by nature, and often accompanied by visuals.
