This is another track that I enjoyed making. It has somewhat of a war-like tone to it. And it kind of reminded me of how cultures like the Natives and Africans use varieties face paint as a symbol of war/warfare. It's pretty unique how long they have used that feature for. Centuries to be exact.

This beat has some different synths that are featured in it. It's simple, but it works well! I love it. I titled it Breakthrough because the mood and the tone of this track makes me think of what I have accomplished in life, and how I've broken through my failures. I don't know what the future will bring up next, but I believe that I will make it and breakthrough again and again. And so can you!

So first off, this song is something that I am really excited about! This is just only a small part of what my calling is, and I'm so glad that I am able to share this part of it! So this song came about last Sunday (07/29/18) when I came home from church. At that time I was mostly playing a video game on a roommate's PS4, and on Instagram lol. After watching an Instagramer's kind of funny but weird video, I just flipped a switch and was like... "Ok I'm just going to make some music." And almost as soon as I said that, I said a prayer for the Lord to prepare and to fill the space around me because I just wanted to be alone with Him during that time, and to also fill my mind with wonderful ideas. Once I was ready to create, the Lord immediately poured beautiful melodies and different kinds of instruments in my head to use. A little bit after I started, I began to think of what I should title the "beat". I was thinking for only a few seconds until I pristinely and clearly heard the word that I truly believe God spoke to me, witch was "Serenity." I really didn't have a sensible knowledge of what that meant, so I looked it up: "the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled." Oh my gosh I was just SO BLOWN AWAY because the word matched perfectly... PERFECTLY with the melodies that I had already created! Even better was the sub definition: "a title given to a reigning prince or similar dignitary (a person with a similar rank)." Then I suddenly realized!!! In God, I am a reigning prince in the purpose that He has called and prepared me to live in!!! OOOHH MYYY GOOOSH!! Oh and dude the lyrics came when I was just wondering what it would sound like if I added some vocals to it (this happened about 45min. to an hour in making the song). And I... just... LOVED IT!! So the Lord blessed me with the lyrics, the word rhythms, and voilà!! The beat became a song! 
Oh my gosh the whole process of this has definitely drawn me to do more! Thank You God, and praise to You always!!!!!!!!!!!

Serenity: A Reminder Song (Lyrics In Description!)

I’m 25, a person who is a child of God, and I thank Him for what He has done for me in my life. I work full-time, and am enjoying the people that I am around. I don’t make beats often, but when I do, I love to expand this gift that God has blessed me with, and use it to minister and impact others who hear it. So yup! There is a little something about me!
