Beach Podcast Special Mixed by No Gods

Adam Oland's 1 hour mix, featured on Nueva Radio. We start with a slow 120 bpm beat to get things warmed up. This solid techy beat has a classic 4/4 build up and very easy to mix (and cut) properly into the next track 'Sacred Life' the small vocal cuts blend in very well. Slowly the mix is moving faster and Khobb's fat bassline really get things moving, the analog sound with that short vocal clip also blends with the previous track. Next up is Neil Browne's remix, I really like the groove here, the female vocal sound but now with that added synth layer, love that feel here. Going retro from there on into 'The Future' funny how that is, but this track reminds me of that classic house feeling. 'Ocean Skies' is a very melodic track, features layered synth delays after this moment we go into a bassy track 'Everlight - sunfire' very cool melody here. From here on the mix is past the 30 min mark and Adam Oland's track will be featured here on. Finished off with a great piece by Dim Line, has some atmoshpheric parts in it. Enjoy

Yello, early (acid) house and mid 80s hip hop were the driving forces behind Enno Jesses ignitial musical career. Starting with experimental sound spheres on rickety CASIO home keyboards together with Henning Brau (aka RokDaZone) in 1986, the 8bit AMIGA computer, Kawai synthesizers and Yamaha drum machines opened new dimensions for musical endeavours in 1988. With Ennos enthusiasm for unconventional creativism and Hennings admiration for ear-appealing sound programming, the two friends dived deeply into diverse musical directions like Hip Hop, EBM, Tech House, Synthie Pop and Acid House in ever-changing ensembles together with a mass of fellow musicians. It needed a five year break after 1992 for them to reunite in 1997 to form the project "Psycore feat. RokDaZone" which was renamed to "Tiefsee Productions" shortly after. The project which also held its own label specialized on hardtrance and progressive house. In 2000 they decided to stop the cooperation. Together with Ralf Nitz Enno then formed the "Smashing Drumkits" project: A highly experimental mish mash that feverishly melted down to "Waterfall", a track of exceptional stylist freemindedness. Enno, however, also produced numerous progressive house tracks under his own name or together with other musicians. In that period he also started his deejaying career making him a veritabel gatecrasher for headlining djs in the end. Nowadays, being a familiy father, Enno concentrates on remixing (e.g. for Timo Maas and xxx) but pops up with a new native creation mainly made in Ableton Live every now and then
