Skankandbass is dedicated towards the official promotion of record labels and artists in the world of drum & bass music. Since inception in 2010, Skankandbass has unearthed some of the freshest talents in the scene and has opened many doors for unsigned artists. Now, a few years in to the game, Skankandbass decides to take on the role of a record label to put together a series of free download singles which aims to further help spread the work of the best unsigned, newcomer artists who deserve more recognition.

Valentyn Artemenko, otherwise known as Pageant, is a producer from Ukraine who is now based in Israel. Drum and bass has been a very important part of his life but just listening was never enough so the only natural progression was to begin making some himself. Using creative influence from producers such as Seba, Calibre, dBridge and fellow countryman Sunchase, he has crafted a sound that is diverse and unique, perfectly fitting the Skankandbass ethos. Both debut tracks show impeccable production and musicality, further showing an already mature sound.
