I like the rhythmic tension of your hypnotic beats.

This is a percussive piece of classical guitar music I wrote whilst reading The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins. The book changed my life and this piece represents the feelings of change and clarity I felt. The technique draws its style from percussive fingerstyle steel strung acoustic players such as Tommy Emmanuel, Jon Gomm, Andy McKee, and Thomas Leeb. I like to think I've somehow given the style its own classical vibe.

I recorded it in my bedroom on my guitar's pickup system (LR Baggs iMix System) and have tried to make it sound as nice as possible with a bit of compression and reverb in Pro Tools.
