remember when i covered this song with an awful vocal-removed backing track almost seven years ago? yeah, let's just forget that happened.

i've experimented with arranging in the past, but i've never tried to recreate an entire song like this. it was a real challenge, but i'm very proud of how it came out! tuning the ust was fun, too. i've never used shuu before, but he's got a really amazing powerful voice! i think he and alice sound good together, too.

i get really nostalgic for the old days of UTAU sometimes. it used to be a big deal to "sound like a vocaloid." so since kira was a self-indulgent nostalgia based cryptonloid-style UTAU anyway, i thought it'd be fun to try and achieve exactly that with her multipitch bank and try and make a cover that sounds like it was made in vocaloid 2. minimal tuning + very wonky sounding hanasu and all.
