Biography 
Anyone who approaches Techno music with intelligence and finesse is exactly in the right place with C.7even, because the young Frankfurt-native has her craft down to a tee. She found her way intoelectronic music back in 2009, shaped by many musical genres. Contrary to many others, her style is constantly evolving and driven by the passion to constantly reinvent herself.Groovy-melodic, mystic- hypnotic, straightforward-uncompromising- this is what she embodies, but she still has always a clear vision    her mind of the story that she wants to tell through the medium of electronic sounds. “A DJ set has to make sense to me, Im no fan of the approach to just step behind the decks and blindly improvise my way through my playtime- Im always aware of what it is that I want to convey to my audience. That moment, when you ignite that spark in your audience- when the dancefloor really lets loose and people follow your leadership- that feeling just cannot be bought, that’s why I personally prefer longer sets (4-5 hours or more) over short and compressed playtimes. You can unfold and spread your wings so much more, and the connection between you and your audience gets so much deeper and more intense. In terms of own productions, C.7even doesn’t have anything official under her belt yet- but she doesn’t have to, because good stuff takes his time and her sets more than speak for themselves.“im really not a patient person, that’s why I might need more time than others to complete projects. But I refuse to give in to outside pressure- nowadays everybody says “you have to produce, you have to promote events, you have to dothis and you have to do that in order to progress...„I rather focus on the things that I am good at and what I can represent and stand by to 100%,I wont tolerate a flood of releases and half-assed stuff. That’s why my general rule is: “less is more.”Anyone who likes to go on a sonic journey through many facets of House & Techno, who likes to let loose in a tightly woven atmosphere and anyone who prefers sophisticated music over anything mainstream-take the leap of faith and and immerse yourself into the world of C.7even. With releases on Bar25, Stil Vor Talent and now Poesie, it’d do you good to get acquainted with Daniele Di Martino and his newest cut ‘Lumen’.

The German producer wastes no time getting to the point. The title track breathes a hot thick air around the floor while the bassline’s vibration rattles our bones. The ride is just beginning though, climactic vocals intensify the drama immensely, creating an epic ballad that keeps on giving. Where ‘lumen’ had taken a deeper route, ‘Dramatur’ take us into a darker world of hypnotizing percussive synthwork and a solid pressure building just below the surface the track hits hard and heavy. Finishing off the EP is Martin Waslewski and his acid-eccentric remix of Lumen. Martin gives the track a much rougher edge, and a heap more grit to create a real late-night monster.

Shunus makes his second appearance on WAYU Records with another powerful and consistent musical production. An EP that could not be more suitably named, “Peripheral” demonstrates Shunus’ ability to explore the outer edges of many genres without stepping far from a conceptual proposition. 

In this brand new EP, Shunus successfully incorporated industrial elements into dry and groovy rhythms, maintaining a Melodic Deep Tech sound by adding subtle hi-hats and arpeggios throughout all of the tracks. Not only was he able to bring new fusions into Peripheral EP, but he also introduced his own voice on 2 tracks; demonstrating his versatility.

If that is not enough, Shunus invited two talented artists to be part of this release; Emiliana, a Colombian up-and-coming singer who collaborated in the track “Don’t Forget to Dream”, and Urmet K, a producer based in London, who delivered a fresh perspective on the track “Vibrations”.
