We are pleased to announce that after a short intermezzo we'll be continueing our Mixtape Series with a wide range of electronic and underground artists. 

Our first beloved guests of our second reign of mixtapes are a very promising duo of 2 experienced musicians from the south of the Netherlands, Ragnar & Raus.

The formation of Ragnar & Raus may seem unusual, but that's where two musical backgrounds merge: Producer × DJ. These two had gone through several strong formative years surrounded by music, before they discovered their shared passion for Deep Tech & Minimal. Last year they released multiple EP's that reached the Beatport top 10 and garnering support in the international house scene by artists like George Smeddles, Cristina Lazic and Franky Rizardo. For 2023 the pipeline is stuffed with new tracks, signed & ready to be released.

R&R's deep-rooted passion for funk, rhythmic percussion, classic synths, groovy baselines and love for soulful vocal's played a major role in shaping their unique sound.  Because of their exciting sets, fresh selection and carefully curated house gems, they have proven to be the perfect addition to every spot. 

Their friendship started when they were still in their early 20s, spending the weekends at the iconic clubs like Trouw and the legendary Doornroosje. It was clear that they both shared a love for rhythm, funk and electronic music. But it took them 15 years, after a few intense days of listening to Ben Rau, Toman and Rossi, to discover the connection in 2021: Deep, tech & minimal is the sound they want to pursue. And a few studio sessions later, they discovered their powerful synergy when working together and their true united passion for deep tech was revealed. It always has been there, right under their noses, but this truly marks the starting point of a new era: Ragnar & Raus as producing and DJ act.
