a track smashed together for an lgbt charity record raising awareness of the atrocities in chechnya.

Nyet

ded.pixel present the second track from their forthcoming release "and to the wolves we are thrown" . Showing a significantly more angry side in this 4 minute ode to the ugly nature of 21st century politics. This is a protest against the media and views of the right, as well as those who would simply lie down and let this awful era continue.

This is the final beta mix of one of my longest standing obsessions. I think its safe to say its as nailed down as its gonna be at this stage.

Crawling from the suburbs of north manchester this duo (rhys pixel and ashleigh talbot) constantly push the boundaries with their mix of electro, post rock, ambient and classical minimal composition. Their music challenges both the heart and mind with a barrage of melodies tipping its hat to both the past and the present with emotive sounds and eerie atmospheres heading towards an unescapable dystopia long foretold by writers of classic literature. This is music that refuses to be caged in one place and encourages the listener to take heed of warnings. This is ded.pixel
