London and Stockholm collide in an explosion of mysterious psychedelia. Megababes welcomes Kajsa Villius to the trance sphere, collaborating across 890 Miles with label boss Kitsta.

Kajsa Villius and Kitsta’s ‘KK1’ opens the EP on with a hard-hitting psy kick and a pulsing bass down low. Cut-up, synth-like vocal samples wriggle above among its stripped-back percussion before ‘KK2’
brings in mysterious melodies, wonky vocals and hypnotic bass, culminating in a whirlpool of psychedelic acid elements.

Kitsta’s solo track ‘Karma Baby’ follows up their collective offerings with racy low-end and earworm melodies before breaking down slow-mo style for the finish. Closing out the EP, Villius delivers ‘K Effect’, a
true ode to modern psytrance-infused house music with tripped-out high-end and layers of driving rhythm and bass.

The ‘890 Miles’ EP by Kitsta and Kajsa Villius follows up the ‘Get Ready’ two-tracker released by Balamii and Voices Radio resident Kitsta last year. This next entry on the newly formed label welcomes Stockholm artist Kajsa, a DJ and producer on the radar of renowned international DJs like D. Tiffany and Zeynep, with her and Kitsta’s ‘890 Miles’ EP already winning the support of Aiden Francis, Tãn and Remotif.

Let'z roll back 2 tha year of 1998'. Around this time my brother L.A. Williams has left Chicago & was living in Detroit where he started his record label, Chisel Records, which I was blessed 2 get the 1st copies of each release & test them out on my radio showz & live gigz. 
Here is a mixtape L.A. made for our then radio show on 91.5 FM WPRK in Orlando, Florida where I got 2 spread thee truth in Chicago House & Techno. This tape L.A. takes us all on a mental journey. From Deep Underground House 2 Chicago House 2 Ballz 2 Tha Wall Techno!!!

Btw, in case you did not know. L.A. Williams is the mad-man behind aNaloG 87 which I'm part of as well as Herb Jackson Jr. of the original acid house group Phuture.
