Originally featured on the Manualism XVII compilation, 'Drac Trac' by Riigs and Paul Hazendonk stood out with its unique blend of indie deep house and obscure bass guitar grooves, paying homage to the raw underground disco spirit of the late '70s.

Following a remix contest hosted on the Finishmoremusic platform, and a sneak peek with Northcat's remix on Manual's sister label MNL, the full remix EP is now here, showcasing fresh and imaginative takes on the original.

Debuting with his first ever release, Edgeways delivers a driving melodic/progressive house rework that unfolds with powerful momentum. Eko Centrik offers a standout version, layering her own written and recorded vocals for an emotional, genre-blurring journey. Joe Prang rounds out the EP with a leftfield twist, diving deep into electronica and broken beat textures.

'Drac Trac (The Remixes)' is a bold reimagining of a standout track, with each remix offering a different lens through which to experience Riigs & Paul Hazendonk's creation.

The Dresden based producers and DJ’s combine underground tech house with techno which creates their very individual Raumakustik sound. Percussion Grooves that make you move and catchy melodies that’ll be stuck in your head are the base for every musical outlet of the German duo. None other than Jamie Jones chose their music to be released on his label Hot Creations, which is another big supporter besides labels such as Toolroom, Suara or Formatik. Even Pete Tong, Technasia or Lee Foss are in it celebrating Raumakustik’s tunes playing them in clubs around the world. New originals and remixes and also some collaborations are in the pipeline so be prepared for some hot stuff coming in the future – you’ll definitely dance!

This became another straight grooving goodtimes-piece, suitable for the summer in your mind as well as for the upcoming club season :) That was a lot of work with organic sounds and guitars, but I really love the result!

"The protagonists of 8. Mimique vinyl Kanzler & Wischnewski from Berlin are well known for their releases on Ostfunk, Karateklub, Ton liebt Klang and their shows in clubs like the Tresor and Magdalena Club (formerly Maria) where they have won the hearts of many listeners. 
Their sound is stamped by propelling rhythms accompanied by floating surfaces. "Africa Bumbee" the title track of the E.P plays with rhythm and percussive elements to keep the tribe dancing till the morning hours. They also take Alec Troniq (ipoly music/atmosphere rec.) from Dresden on their trip who provides a playful mood with his lively Remix. On the B-side  they realize both their love to deep & funky music. "Funky up" the first title on B-side generates thru its nice baseline and funky accents quite an own mood in the club. The grooving Remix of Michel Laro provides with much energy the pure joy of life."
