A couple of years back when I was near the start of my production journey I did a rework of the classic Ghostbusters theme and gave it away as a free Halloween download, and it did quite well. I beefed it up a bit last year, and this year I've updated it again, now that my production and mixing skills are (hopefully) improved. This version is definitely better - I've replaced the kick with a fatter one, made the bass chuggier and got that top end a bit more sparkly. And of course, it's free as an early Halloween treat for you, no tricks here.

DJ Laurel – Love Games EP

The tempo shits upwards for ‘Love On A Summer Night’.  There’s a cheeky George Benson vibe in the air with this sublime rework of a 1982 R&B classic. A track that celebrates the good times and those sliding door moments, it sweeps you up on a warm summer breeze and leaves you lying on your back under a star-filled sky. Let the lyrics drip over your ears like honey and embrace their gentle touch. 

DJ Laurel knows how to hit those sweet spots, and with the ‘Love Games’ EP you will find it exceptionally difficult to pick out a favourite. A timeless and gorgeous collection of tunes which closes out the summer months perfectly.
