Andu Simion, hailing from Ploiești, Romania and well known for his underground stories, returns with a fresh release on the limited series. The “Captain Caveman” EP delivers four distinct tracks, each with its own identity, from the sunny breaks of “Medusa Patch”, to the textured and glitchy vibes of “Glitchy Apology”. “Symmetric VII” takes the dancefloor by storm with a groovy acid bassline and playful vocals, while the title track “Captain Caveman” blends driving rhythms with a mystical melodic touch. Only five years on the production circuit the young and rising talent known and recognized under the name of Mirco Caruso already has been making some waves with quite a bunch of releases, he returns to Hive Audio with his newest outing that is about to leave a mark on the late summer season.

The original version of „Sale El Sol“ defo fuses the proper bounce of stripped down TechHouse and the trippy, yet highly detailed production approach of Minimal Techno, serving haunting white noise filters, ghostly synth echoes and sweet percussion tweaks – all of this accompanied by unique, slightly shamanic vocals with a bit of a balearic twist. This one's taking you to new spiritual realms for sure.

Our Debut Transmission, we've got the 'Vincenzo D'Amico Remix' on this three track digital single which is surely focusing on the percussive aspects of the night. With a drum foundation reflecting the heat of South American club nights and a bassline funky as fuck this one's a massive turn on in its own right, even before the twisted and slightly filtered vocal bits come into play, check it out below!

We’re welcoming back Under No Illusion head honcho and label boss, Ki Creighton, back onto Kaluki this month with his killer ‘Lizard’ EP. Ki has released on respectable labels; Elrow, Snatch, Circus, 8bit and Cajual, leading him to play shows across the world at historic clubs and events such as Elrow, Space, Digital, Café Mambo and Sonar. Kicking off the EP is ‘Lizard’, a track that oozes warm string melodies, swinging drums and muffled vocal hits. ‘Stingray’ follows suit homing in on Ki’s signature House sound with atmospheric percussion and a hooky vocal. Vincenzo D'Amico’s remix closes out the EP with his take on lead track ‘Lizard’; twisting the original into a percussive fuelled workout with funky drums, snaking bass line and snippets of the vocal meandering throughout.

Tomi&Kesh, Rone White, Alessandro Diruggiero - The Family (Original Mix)

The next release on Libero comes from Honduras-based duo, Superchip. They've delivered a blistering EP containing three originals accompanied by remixes from Alessandro Diruggiero and Martin OCCO.

The title track ‘Say Yeah’ gets things off to an upbeat start, loaded with a plethora of signature Libero traits. Punchy kicks and shuffled percussion are met by a robust low-end and tied up with a catchy vocal hook. Injection of offbeat fills and clap rolls throughout to give it a unique and unpredictable personality, making it a statement track.

The first of two remixes comes from label regular, Alessandro Diruggiero. Switching things up with a darker flavour, focusing on hard-hitting low-frequency sound. The combination of a pounding kick and rumbling sub-bass is the perfect companion for driving synths and that captivating vocal.

Martin OCCO follows up with his adaptation of the title track, including his signature skippy percussion. Taking the energy and rhythm of
the original and pumping it with a long, roaring bassline - adding even more atmosphere.

‘Make Me Feel’ is bursting with momentum. Upbeat from the word go, this high-tempo roller features more of Superchip’s innate ability to combine simple rhythmic elements creatively and dust it off with a nostalgic vocal for maximum effect. Climatic builds and thunderous drops give this track a real standout factor.

The release comes to a close with ‘Ameno’, changing the vibe from its predecessors. Skipping hats and rich kicks glide in and out of a rhythmic bassline and pulsing synth stabs, making it a track with a big emphasis on groove and giving it that ‘want to dance’ element. Signing off with a
real touch of class, Superchip shows the depths of their varied productive talent.
