A music addict since his very young age,ShaMish has impressed quite many with his ability to produce dance remixes.A true House Music lover since the age of 16,he started his career as a DJ  at the age of 17.

Alongside with his friend Kunal,he started to play in weddings,birthday parties and other small parties.
It is only in the year 2009 that he started to impress people with his amazing mixing skills.
In the same year,he and Kunal,were offered the post of Resident DJs in the " Way Up Club ".

Having gained quite a solid reputation when it comes to mixing and producing various genres of music. ShaMish started to meet new DJs in different parties.
Despite being only 21,Shamish has played with quite the greatest Bollywood DJs in Mauritius:

DJ Nash Beeharry
DJ Vakil
DJ Mastermind
DJ Dee Arena
DJ Angel

It is only in the year 2010 that Shamish started to earn a solid reputation.But being an HSC student he had to stop his commitment to music for a while.

In 2011 having passed his exams he joined a course in Hospitality Management and started to concentrate seriously on his career.But however there was something missing ; his passion , that is music .

He started to play in various parties in the week-ends and realising that he could manage both Studying and deejaying he continued on his musical journey.

In the year 2013 he was offered a job by the Effex Sound Co Ltd and without thinking twice he accepted the job.At the end of the year he won the popular event Black Afternoon DJ contest and was thus able to perform the warm up for the event, alongside with rocking and popular Electronic DJs like DubJoy, Tony Montanna  and Emmanuel Savannah.

But however,as hard-work always pays,the year 2014 has been a wonderful one.He was selected for the Ministry Of Sound DJ Contest and was among the Top 25. This was an amazing,enriching and eye opening experience as this enabled him to learn a lot when it comes to mixing and producing. Also this experience has aroused his love for some different genres of music like : Deep House,Tech House,Progressive House and Electronic Music, all thanks to great teachers like : David Jay, Dub Joy , Emmanuel Savannah, Dj Elisee , Kan and all the organizers of Social Buzz .

Later that year, he also took part in the Queens DJ Competition and he was among the finalists. That also was an enriching experience as he got to learn more when it comes to deejaying.

Thus,having successfully rocked various parties,and as learning never ends ShaMish has proved to be a talented DJ and is now looking forward to fulfill his dream.
That is to be among the best DJs.

There is still a long way to go,but with hard work, he'll surely be among the best one day!!
