Emerging from a foundation in Tech House and now rooted primarily in Drum and Bass and Psytrance, ADHDJ from Grisons, Switzerland, has earned a reputation locally for dynamic, vocal-heavy sets that explore the depths of Ragga, Jungle and Deep DnB.
Known for crafting immersive journeys, ADHDJ blends intricate rhythms with grime and soulful vocals to deliver a powerful experience for Drum and Bass fans.
On other occasions, ADHDJ dives into the world of Psytrance, bringing a psychedelic edge to the dance floor with sets that add a punchy, high-energy dimension.
 
While ADHDJ remains a hidden gem in the Swiss underground, he has built a loyal following across Grisons with performances that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impact—all without major label backing, just pure love for the sound and the crowd.

ADHDJ

Ho scoperto la drum and bass al liceo grazie ai compagni che la ascoltavano. All’epoca ascoltavo solo metal, ma ho subito apprezzato la dnb per la sua affinità con quel genere, che considero "il metal dell’elettronica" per il ritmo e la complessità tecnica. Dopo un periodo dedicato al death metal e al math core, intorno ai 20 anni mi sono avvicinato sempre più alla musica elettronica, cercando uno sfogo attraverso suoni intensi. Partendo dalla dnb e dall’hardcore, mi sono immerso in sottogeneri più tecnici e sperimentali come industrial, darkstep, crossbreed e breakcore.  

L’interesse per il mixaggio è nato naturalmente seguendo il genere. Dopo aver iniziato con programmi digitali, grazie a un amico mi sono avvicinato al mondo del vinile, che è diventato una passione: oggi colleziono dischi e mixo regolarmente. Anche se ora i miei ascolti sono meno aggressivi, la ricerca musicale mi ha aperto a quasi tutti i generi, che propongo nei miei dj set, sempre in vinile.  

La musica per me è sfogo e liberazione, un’esperienza totalizzante che cerco di trasmettere quando mixo.
