Being introduced to electronic music in early 2000, Jon Somers aka Deep Highway has possessed a genuine passion for electronic music and the culture that surrounds it. Detroit, being a hotbed of electronic producers and DJ's alike, was a like a natural stomping ground for the young DJ. Around 2009 the DJ soon realized he then wanted to start producing as well. Drum and Bass was always a staple in his sets though with the emergence of electro-house in 2007 and much inspiration from deadmau5's deep analog rhythms, he soon found himself deeply attracted to the heavy analog house side of the sounds. With a keen ear for heavy bass lines and analog goodness, Deep Highway is constantly evolving in the electronic music world. He's now delving into the world of bass house and has some release's planned for this summer! Keep an eye and ear out for this Detroit area based artist !
