With roots in Romania but living in Germany, Borrowed Identity’s name says a lot about his life. His musical upbringing was a melange of ethnic music from friends, weird stuff from local libraries and whatever else he could find in record stores and on the internet, explaining the fact he makes anything from classical to ambient, house to techno, experimental to electro, hiphop to pop music.

On February 16th I recorded a live DJ Set from my closing set at Piknic Electronik in Chile for Parties 4 Peace. Had the privilege of sharing the stage with Lee Buridge, WhoMadeWho and some other great artists & DJs on this magical night. The vibe in Chile is one of the most heart felt and giving energies I've experienced in South America, it's on a category of its own. Thank you Chile, Parties 4 Peace and the Patagonica Project for inviting me to be part of such an incredible tour. Look forward to returning soon.
